Shipping times and methods
The products for sale in this online store are normally available in stock in Italy ready for delivery, unless otherwise indicated in the product sheet: for products not in stock the average shipping time is 7 working days, but we advise you to contact our sales department for more precise information.
The shipping cost is 9.90 Euro (+VAT) for orders with a value of less than 100 Euro (+VAT), free for orders of equal or greater value.
Orders are normally processed within 2 working days of receipt of payment and are shipped (unless otherwise selected by the Customer when ordering) by courier chosen by ABD s.r.l. with the possibility of tracking the shipment. Whichever carrier we choose we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online. Domestic express shipments are normally delivered in times ranging from 1 to 5 working days to most major locations. ABD s.r.l. will not, however, be responsible for any delays in delivery attributable to the carrier.
Our shipments are insured for the complete protection of the customer, who must immediately notify the carrier of any damage to the shipment upon receipt of goods by signing "subject to verification" or "damaged goods", must promptly inform ABD s.r.l. and actively collaborate in the management of the dispute to the carrier.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges, postal charges and insurance.
The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.
Times and methods of return of goods
Since the items on sale in this store are intended for professional customers and not for private consumers, the Right of Withdrawal (right of reconsideration) is not provided for by law, however ABD s.r.l. grants the Customer the opportunity to return the goods for incorrect purchase within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of the goods (subject to authorization to return goods, to be requested from ABD s.r.l.) provided that the goods are perfectly intact including packaging, accessories and manuals included in the package.
The costs of returning goods will be borne by the Customer and the returned goods travel at the risk of the Customer.
In the case of goods received that do not comply with the order (due to discrepancies with respect to what is published in this store) not working, or damaged in transport, the Customer will have the opportunity to return the goods within 7 (seven) working days (subject to authorization to return goods, to be requested from ABD s.r.l.) for the "free replacement" or for the "return for credit" with shipment charged to ABD s.r.l.
After 7 (seven) working days from receipt of goods without any anomaly, non-conformity or return request being communicated, it will no longer be possible for the Customer to request the replacement of the full value product, in which case a partial value change of goods may be requested from the sales office of ABD s.r.l. to be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
