This section contains portable terminals (PDAs) for data collection in the field, in warehouses, logistics, supermarkets, and in mobile applications in general: these handheld devices are equipped with optical readers to read one- or two-dimensional barcodes and, in some cases, an RFID reader for reading TAGs.
Some models do not have a physical keyboard (being equipped with a touch screen), others with a physical numeric keyboard, others with an alphanumeric keyboard: there are also distinguishable models similar to smartphones, and models with a handle also called "pistol grip".
These physical characteristics also determine the size of the LCD display, which is one of the most important features.
Connectivity can be Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, WAN (3G LTE/ 4G), the operating system can be Android or Windows mobile.

In this category you can find tablets and tablet PCs for professional and industrial use.
Most of them are rugged devices designed specifically to withstand shocks and weathering, and have built-in safety features.
Vehicle-Mounted Computer
Vehicle terminals are rugged tablet computers for industrial use on moving vehicles such as forklifts or cars.They are typically used in production environments, in logistics centers, or by maintenance and repair operators.
These products are extremely resistant to falls, vibrations, water and dust infiltration, equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, Android or Windows operating systems.
